The short answer

A useful shared wedding inbox does not need to copy a planner’s entire mailbox. It should surface conversations connected to known clients, venues, vendors, and wedding-specific work, then preserve enough context for the team to respond responsibly.

What problem does a shared wedding inbox solve?

It prevents client and vendor decisions from disappearing inside one person’s email account and gives authorized teammates the context needed to follow up.

  • See which relevant conversation needs a reply
  • Open the complete thread before responding
  • Connect a conversation to the correct client or planning record
  • Draft a response for planner review
  • Keep unrelated personal and business email out of the planner workspace

How does Juno decide which messages are relevant?

Juno uses saved planning contacts, venue and vendor domains, explicitly linked threads, and strong wedding-specific language to identify candidate conversations.

Planners remain responsible for reviewing the result. Automated relevance is an organizational aid, not permission to send a reply or make a client decision.

What mailbox information does Juno retain?

Message content is fetched when it is needed for the planner experience. Juno retains limited thread-status information required to link relevant work and identify whether a reply may be needed.

The current privacy policy explains the exact categories and should be treated as the controlling description. Teams should also apply least-privilege access when inviting staff.

Common questions

Can teammates see every message in a connected Gmail account?

No. The planner experience is designed around wedding-relevant conversations rather than presenting the full mailbox.

Can Juno draft a reply?

Yes. A planner can request a draft based on the visible conversation and client context, then review and edit it before sending.
