Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
Juno is a wedding planning workspace for couples. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how Google data is handled, and how you can control or delete your information.
Who we are and how to contact us
Juno is operated by Wolf Digital. Questions, privacy requests, data deletion requests, and security concerns can be sent to codymiller@wolfdig.com.
Information you give Juno
We collect the information you choose to add to Juno, including account details, names, email addresses, phone numbers, wedding date, location preferences, budget, guest count, venue and vendor preferences, notes, tasks, saved venues, saved vendors, quotes, budgets, room blocks, RSVP data, meals, plus-ones, household details, seating plans, registry gifts and product links, and planning decisions.
If you invite another person, staff member, guest, vendor, or collaborator through Juno, we collect the information needed to send and track that invite.
Google account, Gmail, and Google Contacts data
If you choose to connect Google, Juno asks for permissions needed to support wedding planning workflows. Depending on the feature you use, this may include your Google account identity, Gmail read access, Gmail send access, and Google Contacts read access.
- Google account identity: Used to show which Gmail account is connected and to keep your Juno account connected to the right mailbox.
- Gmail read access: Used to sync wedding-related inbox and sent messages, show sender, subject, snippets, and thread content inside Juno, and connect replies to venues, vendors, guests, room blocks, and planning records. Juno filters messages using saved planning contacts, venue or vendor domains, threads you explicitly link, and strong wedding-specific language; unrelated mailbox messages are not shown or retained. Juno does not persist message bodies, snippets, subjects, or participants. We retain only limited thread status metadata needed to identify a relevant conversation, know whether a reply is needed, and connect it to a planning record.
- Gmail send access: Used only when you choose to send venue inquiries, vendor messages, guest follow-ups, room-block messages, or invite emails from Juno.
- Google Contacts read access: Used only when you open the Google Contacts import flow and choose which contacts to import as wedding guests.
Google API Limited Use disclosure
Juno's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Juno uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing wedding planning features that are visible in Juno. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Humans do not read Gmail or Contacts data unless necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service maintenance, or support you specifically request.
Information collected automatically
We may collect technical and usage information such as device/browser details, IP address, pages visited, feature usage, referral links, UTM parameters, registry gift clicks, error logs, and audit events. We use this to secure Juno, troubleshoot accounts, understand which features are working, and measure acquisition, referral, and registry performance.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure your account;
- save your wedding workspace and planning decisions;
- recommend and compare venues and vendors;
- send messages you direct us to send;
- sync replies, quotes, RSVPs, and planning updates;
- provide guest, room-block, budget, seating, and planning assistant features;
- publish the registry gifts you choose to share and send guests to the applicable retailer;
- provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
- prevent abuse, protect accounts, and comply with law;
- measure growth, referrals, and product performance.
Email preferences
When you create an account, you may separately choose to receive occasional Juno planning tips, product updates, and offers. That choice is optional and is not required to use Juno. You can change your preference at any time in Settings or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
We may still send service and account messages that are necessary to operate your workspace, such as account security notices, invitations you request, password recovery messages, and updates about a message you direct Juno to send.
AI-assisted features
Juno may offer planning-assistant features that draft copy, summarize planning information, or suggest next steps. These features may process information from your Juno workspace and the prompts you enter through third-party service providers. Google Workspace API data is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
How information is shared
We share information only in limited ways:
- At your direction: With venues, vendors, guests, collaborators, or staff when you send a message, submit a form, share an RSVP link, or invite someone.
- Service providers: With hosting, database, email, analytics, AI, security, and infrastructure providers that help operate Juno and are permitted to process information only for those services.
- Internal support: With authorized Juno staff who need access to support users, troubleshoot issues, improve safety, or operate the service.
- Legal and safety: When required by law, to enforce our terms, prevent abuse, protect users, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: If Juno is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a policy with similar protections.
Referral and partner attribution
Juno may track referral links, outbound venue/vendor clicks, inquiries, form submissions, and booking signals so we can understand which partners and growth channels are working. If Juno earns or may earn referral credit from a venue or vendor, we still show planning information for your benefit and you should confirm pricing, availability, terms, and contracts directly with that third party.
Wedding website and gift registry
When you publish a Juno wedding website, its title, welcome message, couple name, story, itinerary, uploaded photos, wedding details, and gift information you choose to show become accessible to anyone with the website link. You can keep the website private, hide individual sections, or publish it when you are ready. Juno records when a guest follows a gift link so couples can understand registry activity and Juno can measure retailer referrals. The retailer processes any purchase and payment; Juno does not receive or store the guest's payment-card information through the registry.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide Juno, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Retention periods may vary by data type.
You can disconnect Gmail from Juno's Settings page, which revokes Juno's Google access and deletes Juno's stored connection token. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of your Juno account and associated stored data, email codymiller@wolfdig.com.
Security
Juno uses access controls, encrypted connections, row-level database protections, encrypted Google OAuth tokens, logging, and least-privilege staff access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account, Gmail account, or data has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to connect Google, disconnect Google access, edit information in Juno, delete certain records, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
Children
Juno is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Juno changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by email.
