The short answer

Bulk client onboarding should make preparing invitations fast without turning consent into an automated black box. Clean the roster, paste or import one wedding per row, review names and email addresses, send in a controlled batch, and track accepted, pending, failed, and canceled invitations separately.

How should a planner prepare a 40-client roster?

Create one row per wedding with the primary client email and both preferred names. Remove duplicates, confirm that former clients are excluded, and assign an internal owner before uploading or pasting the list.

What should be reviewed before invitations send?

Review the exact recipient, couple names, planning company, destination link, expiration behavior, and fallback for an undelivered email. A batch action should display the number of invitations before the planner confirms it.

  • Valid and unique email addresses
  • Correct names for each wedding
  • No archived, canceled, or completed engagements
  • A support contact for sign-in or access questions
  • A plan for clients who do not respond

How should acceptance be tracked?

Separate pending invitations from active clients and notify the planning team when a couple shares a wedding. The acceptance alert should link directly to the new client record and should also be delivered by email when notifications are enabled.

Should the planner send repeated reminders?

Use a limited reminder sequence tied to a real onboarding deadline. Avoid daily pressure, revoke incorrect invitations promptly, and give the couple a human contact if their email or existing account does not match.

Common questions

Can Juno invite more than 40 clients at once?

Juno supports a reviewed batch of up to 100 client invitations, with one wedding per row and a visible review table before the planner sends them.

Does a bulk invitation automatically expose a couple's wedding?

No. An invitation remains pending until the recipient signs in and explicitly chooses the wedding they want to share with the planning company.
